Juniper

Founded in 2017 in Toronto, Juniper is an online poetry journal that publishes three times a year: February, June, and October.

Editorial focus: Juniper seeks poems that bring the reader back to themselves and leave them with a deeper understanding of the world(s) in which they live.

Selected poems from Juniper appear in the Best Canadian Poetry Anthology.

Founding Editor 

LISA YOUNG is the author of the collection When the Earth. Her poems appear in a number of publications, including the Literary Review of Canada, One Hand Clapping, Minola Review, and the craft book, The Practicing Poet.

Associate Editors 

NINA P. HONORAT is a poet and writer born in Montreal who has honed her skills in poetry slams, workshops and the occasional poetry night in Rheims (France), Amherst (USA) and Toronto (Canada). 

MIKE LUMMIS is a Toronto-based writer.
